Jojo Binay steps up to help ABS-CBN get back on air

Jojo Binay is getting out of his private retirement for a just cause.

The lawyer and former Vice President is wielding his expertise of the law to help ABS-CBN get back on air, months after a government shutdown and a denied franchise.

He was seen in talks to support PIRMA Kapamilya, an initiative started by Kapamilya employees. The politiko said he’ll be the coordinator for Makati and an adviser of the group.

“Kahit daw mistulang naapektuhan sya ng mga ulat ng ABS-CBN News noong tumakbo sya bilang presidente, dapat pa din daw ibalik ang prangkisa nito,” the group said about Binay’s pledge.[0]=AZXF-NFttmgswHURePrU7VU6JhQKTfLUOgh9Z4WgJW2vE9ouT1SG4xDTlcy8sSDdf6YmWBiianE75t-sf0zRZ1qJUYYVcaG8QcJkrBgi2DKoKdEhRY77WbK4UDz0XTGNYXb3dZLVYRskaA2r5oqJazHUDH9hMpmNq0nps883gh1i9OwDZzi2RJ2NYVek4hAPOnhx2due23hg1Ue9lQFnYbEwH2f4UwxnT2YI1A5XHDcl-UQ5QX5h237jET8RqJNCI8A&__tn__=%2CO%2CP-y-R
