Tom Villarin says Pinoys have something to learn from Thai protests

Thais are so mad at their government that they went out to protest even with a pandemic.

Former Akbayan Rep. Tom Villarin said Filipinos have a thing or two to learn from this fellow Southeast Asian country, which has also convincingly ended the local COVID-19 outbreak thanks to good government policies. Despite that, the people are still up in arms against the state.

“High inequality, corruption, profligate monarch, tradpols, inept junta combo makes a ticking bomb. Non-Marxists, youth, workers, & young billionaires are opposition. If Filipinos think a dynastic, authoritarian rule amid rising inequality is good, beware!,” the politiko said.
