Manila court on lockdown from July 22 to August 4

Another Manila court has been placed on lockdown due possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus.

“Manila City MeTC Branch 20 (located at the Parkview Plaza Building) physically closed from July 22 to August 4, 2020,” the SC said in its Twitter post.

“They may be reached through their official hotlines and email addresses,” it added.

The SC explained the lockdown was imposed “after the staff were last exposed to a COVID positive individual on July 21, 2020.

Prior this, Metropolitan Trial Courts (MeTC) Branches 30 and 10 as well as the MeTC Manila Office of the Clerk of Court were earlier placed on lockdown after a number of staff members tested positive for COVID-19.
