Delikado sa Maynila! Isko Moreno admits COVID-19 cases in city still rising
Manila Mayor Isko Moreno urged the public to be careful Monday as COVID-19 cases in the city continue to rise.
In a press briefing in Malacañang Monday, June 20, Moreno said the city government has increased the number of quarantine facilities due to the growing number of people infected with COVID-19.
“Mayroon kaming COVID-19 cases, delikado po sa Maynila ha, mag-iingat po kayo,” he said.
With hospitals in Manila also filling up with COVID-19 patients, Moreno said the city government is taking steps to bring down the number of persons infected with it.
Moreno has opened a walk-in testing clinic at Ospital ng Sampaloc to enable more people to access COVID-19 testing. It is free for all residents and non-residents of Manila.
