Garapal! Alfred Vargas slams schools who still want kids to don uniforms on virtual learning

These guys are crazy for money!

Quezon City Congressman Alfred Vargas could not believe how thirsty for income some heads of private schools can get. The politiko fumed after he heard that some institutions will still require uniforms and even bags despite news that lectures will likely shift to livestreaming and online learning by August.

“Accdg to reports, aside from laptops &internet upgrades, there are some private schools that still require parents to buy uniforms, shoes, &bags for the online classes. Seryoso? An earnest appeal PLEASE to lessen the financial burden of the parents. Konsiderasyon naman po please!,” Vargas raged, calling them insensitive.
