Rex Gatchalian considers this Valenzuela laundromat as frontliners
Everyone who stepped up to fight COVID-19 should be considered a frontliner.
Mayor Rex Gatchalian broadened his definition of heroes in the battle against the coronavirus. The politiko personally thanked this group running a local laundromat in Valenzuela City, whom he now count as among the frontline workers ensuring people’s safety.
“Frontline Heros come in all shapes and sizes… These people are the people who own and operate Prime Laundry. City hall commissioned them to do the laundry of our medical personnel and patients who test positive and are now in our central isolation unit,” Gatchalian said.
Remember wala kasing uwian for our patients till they test negative multiple times. Our frontline workers there din long shifts for days din. We limit the ins and outs into the isolation unit for safety.
Prime laundry will be trained, and given protective gear for their people
