Bad trip na! Vico, Rex rant publicly vs inept DOH strategies
Mayors Vico Sotto and Rex Gatchalian have grown so frustrated about the Department of Health’s lackluster response to COVID-19 that they felt the local governments had to bear the heavier burden instead.
Gatchalian aired out his frustration in an ANC interview, saying the DOH was slow to move on a crisis as huge as the coronavirus.
Weren’t they supposed to it ng February pa lang?,” Gatchalian said.

Sotto followed through on Twitter, saying national government made it harder for mayors and officials on the ground to respond.
FIRST NAME.. at WALANG ADDRESS,” he added.
"my biggest challenge… trying to explain… na hindi ako o ang lokal na pamahalaan ang gumawa ng criteria"
