Nikki Crisologo wanted to see to it that this kid would get his much-needed wheelchair.

The newbie councilor made a personal delivery of this wheelchair to Timothy, one of the students at the NOH School for Crippled Children. She also chatted with the kid to ask him about how he’s been holding up.
