Mayor Isko Moreno lit up his Facebook feed with an early Valentine’s Day greeting. His virtual greeting card carried the colors of the rainbow — a nod to all genders.

“Love knows no color, race or gender. In Manila, love always wins,” the politiko said.

The city is a safe space after all.
