Wes Gatchalian heads to Korea to study tax on e-cigs, vapes
Will this determine the fate of a new bill hiking taxes on e-cigarettes?
Valenzuela Rep. Weslie Gatchalian scored a work trip abroad as he promised to work on a new tax proposal covering e-cigarettes, which have been growing so popular among Pinoy smokers.
The politiko flew to Seoul, South Korea where he tried to learn and pick up good provisions for what are apparently called electronic cigarettes or heat-not-burned (HNB) sticks.
Will he introduce changes to the bill in Congress after this field trip? Abangan!
