Natupad nga! Isko Moreno delivers lower property tax in Manila
It’s a realization of one of his campaign promises.
Mayor Isko Moreno took two months to deliver one of his controversial pitches when he was running for office. With the help of the City Council, he has now signed a local ordinance that trims the real property tax in Manila by 20 percent.
The reduction covers all types of land in all corners of the city.
Commitment delivered! Signed today Ordinance No. 8567 which grants a 20% reduction on the incremental real property taxes on all classes 🙂
