This is Rico Golez’s go-to spot in Binondo

A food craw in Binondo is not complete without this stop.

Vice Mayor Rico Golez may be all the way from Parañaque, but he would always frequent the clogged but historic streets of Binondo in Manila.

Dubbed as the oldest Chinatown in the world, it is dotted by restaurants serving meals honed by decades of cooking.

His favorite: a little nook that serves fried chicken.

“Eating in Binondo is always fun… one should try the famous fried chicken in Sincerity Cafe,” Golez said.

It’s a date!
