Bawal epal: Isko Moreno kills ‘Kusina ni Isko’
He’s walking his talk in Manila.
Among the first reforms made by new Mayor Isko Moreno in the city is to remove the names of politicians in school buildings, which was quick to earn the respect of residents. So Pinoys on Twitter were abhorred to see that some free porridge (lugaw) trucks are plying Manila with logos that read “Kusina ni Isko,” which have been parking the mini trucks at local parks.

Netizens quickly pointed out how ironic it was to Moreno’s tack. The politiko was quick to resolve the issue.
“Netizens have a point on this one,” Moreno said, with the promise that this brand will exist no longer.
