2 in 1! Parañaque officials break ground for mixed use city hall satellite office
A three-tower building which will be the site of the Parañaque City Hall’s satellite office is set to rise soon near the Entertainment City.
Local officials led by Mayor Edwin Olivarez and his brother, Congressman Eric Olivarez, as well as Vice Mayor Rico Golez, broke ground Wednesday for the mixed-use development.
The project will be undertaken with property developer Anchor Land under a public-private partnership (PPP).
Located between the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITEX) and Coastal Mall, the buildings will also feature office commercial spaces and a bedspacing facility.
The Olivarez brothers said the construction of a satellite office for the city hall is aimed at bringing government services closer to the people.
