She’s paying it forward after Francis Zamora previously didn’t do a formal turnover.

Former Vice Mayor Janella Estrada has officially stepped down from her post on June 30, but she made sure that there was a proper transition to the new #2, Warren Villa.

Estrada even staged a mini-ceremony where she handed over the gavel used in presiding over San Juan City Council sessions to the newbie. She even took a low-key swipe against Zamora, who is now the city mayor.

No hard feelings!
