This is Jel Estrada’s habilin for new San Juan VM
If there’s one project that she is proud of, it’s looking after the city’s former drug addicts.
Outgoing San Juan Vice Mayor Janella Estrada officially left city hall on June 30, but not before meeting her successor and entrusting to him one of her best advocacies while in the post.
The politiko considers the local drug rehabilitation program as among her best accomplishments while in office. Her last act even involves installing the surrenderees to their jobs in the city.
