ACT Teachers Party-list Rep. Antonio Tinio found himself with a plastic model kit of Mazinger Z, a Japanese robot hero which used to be a TV show in the 70s.
The politiko spent time putting the tiny pieces together, with a sense of pride after he finally got the figure on his shelf.
