Patong-patong ang atraso! Makati shuts down food delivery shop
The city government of Makati has closed a food delivery business for violating sanitation standards and operating without a permit.
Inspectors from the Makati Business Permits Office (BPO) padlocked the entrance and exit of 6789 CWJC Kitchenette Monday over the violations.
The store, located in Barangay Pio del Pilar, counts several offices across Makati as clients.
Since January, the city has closed down 55 errant businesses for violating the city’s Revenue Code, the Sanitation Code of the Philippines, and other ordinances and national laws.
Mayor Abby Binay ordered the crackdown to “restore order and discipline in Makati” and protect the interest of legitimate businesses and the public.
