Charisse Abalos mourns for kid who died after being mauled by dogs
Spay your pets if you can’t afford to raise them right.
Mandaluyong Councilor Charisse Abalos-Vargas is heartbroken with the news about a 5-year-old boy who passed away after being attacked by 10 stray dogs in Isabela City.
The politiko took it as an issue of pet parenting, stressing yet again how proper care of dogs require anti-rabies shots and neutering.
“Kulang ang anti rabies. There’s an urgency for massive spaying and neutering of animals to make sure they don’t spread and multiply,” Abalos said.
“I’m so sorry to hear about this child. My condolences to his family. He suffered a completely avoidable tragedy,” she added.
May the kid rest in peace.
