Vico Sotto on Bobby Eusebio’s electoral protest: Ang kulit niyo!

The long-time mayor isn’t going down quietly.

Pasig Mayor-elect Vico Sotto was disappointed but not surprised after his office received a summons from the Commission on Elections informing him that his rival, outgoing Mayor Bobby Eusebio, has filed an electoral protest questioning his victory during the May 13 polls.

He later found out that defeated Camarines Sur governor aspirant Rolando Andaya, Eusebio’s brother-in-law, did the same thing against his millennial opponent Migz Villafuerte.

“Kulit ng mag-brother-in-law na ‘to ah,” Sotto said as he shared the newest development. But he is not shaken one bit — in fact, he said this protest represents another chance to show that the Eusebios are not welcome anymore at the city hall.

“Pero ok lang, at least lalong makikita ng lahat kung gaano ka-accurate ang resulta. Wishing my opponent inner peace to accept the truth. I’m just here, ready to work with him for a smooth transition, if & when he’s ready,” Sotto added.
