Peksman! Vico Sotto vows no bribery, threats during campaign

Pasig City councilor Vico Sotto vows to mount a clean campaign as he seeks to unseat Bobby Eusebio as mayor.

Sotto formalized his commitment to a clean campaign during the oath-taking of local candidates for peaceful, honest, and credible elections.

He was joined in the event, which was sponsored by the Commission on Elections, by former Pasig Rep. Roman Romulo and host Kiko Rustia, who is running for councilor.

In a Facebook post, Sotto said they promised “not to bribe anyone, not to use threats and intimidation, and to obey election laws.”

“Nawa’y magkaroon kami ng takot sa Diyos at sa taumbayan, nang sa gayon ay maging tapat kami sa mga ipinangako namin kanina,” he said.
