Erap stays king of Manila in latest poll
He is confident about winning a new term in May.
Former President now Manila Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada is confident about his chances during the May 13 polls, citing the results of a recent survey done by the Company for Strategic Research Inc.
Estrada is said to enjoy 45 percent of votes, with his next opponent ex-Mayor Alfredo Lim at 24 percent. Former Vice Mayor Isko Moreno got 20% of the survey votes, which was drawn from 2,400 respondents.
His running mate former Congressman Amado Bagatsing is also leading the vice mayor race with a good 44%, followed by incumbent Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna Pangan at 32%.
Will this lead hold until the next few months?
