Are you positive? Lani Cayetano urges residents to get tested for HIV
Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano has urged residents to get tested for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in a bid to break the stigma about it and AIDS.
Cayetano made the call on December 1 during the celebration of World AIDS Day at a mall in Taguig.
Shoppers were invited to get tested for HIV and attend seminars about early detection of the virus.
A street parade was also held where supporters dressed up as heroes of those afflicted with HIV.
