“We have requested the NBI to investigate the leak,” said Guevarra.

Complainant, Tiger Resorts Leisure & Entertainment Inc. (TRLEI), said copies of the resolution dismissing the estafa complaint has been posted on the social media accounts of Okada’s Korean girlfriend, Chloe Kim, even though it has not been officially released yet.

In the meantime, Parañaque City Prosecutor Amerhassan Paudac who is handling the case has granted the motion of TRLEI to inhibit himself due to allegations he has shown bias in favor of Okada.

“So DOJ will handle any further motions or incidents in the Okada cases,” added Guevarra.

TRLEI, operator of Okada Manila, filed the estafa complaint over the $10 million Okada allegedly embezzled from the company.
