Consider it as the spoils of cycling.

Rep. Antonio Tinio of the Alliance of Concerned Teachers Party-list loves biking around Manila and nearby cities as his way of rest and recreation.

During one of his cycles, the politiko picked up these odd souvenirs off the streets. He spotted used bus placards scattered on the road, which he picked up as a unique token.

The signages are rather iconic, as it spans two ends of the metro: Balintawak in Quezon City and Alabang all the way south.

They may as well be trash, but something iconic is worth keeping as far as Tinio is concerned.
