It’s official: Ronny, Francis Zamora take oath as PDP heads in San Juan
The politikos pledged their allegiance before the House Speaker.
Congressman Ronaldo Zamora and his son, ex-Vice Mayor Francis Zamora officially took their oath as heads of the PDP-Laban chapter in San Juan on Monday, Jan. 29. Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez, national secretary general of the party, administered their oath of office at his office at the Batasang Pambansa.
The politiko duo will be serving as president and secretary-general of the chapter of President Rodrigo Duterte’s political party in their city.
This comes ahead of recall elections between Francis Zamora and Mayor Guia Gomez after the Commission on Elections approved the petition filed by Zamora’s camp.
