DOJ to release resolution in Kian’s killing in one or two weeks

After charges were filed against two policemen over the murder of youths Angelo Arnaiz and Reynaldo “Kulot” De Guzman, Prosecutor General Jorge Catalan Jr. said a resolution will soon come out over the slay case of Grade 11 student Kian Delos Santos.

“Sunod-sunod na ito,” assured Catalan.

“Siguro next week or two weeks from now,” he said about the release of the resolution of Kian slay case.

After having conducted a preliminary investigation, Department of Justice (DOJ) panel of prosecutors submitted for resolution last October 27, 2017 the slay case.

The preliminary investigation was made after criminal complaints were filed before the DOJ by Kian’s parents and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

There are 16 policemen who have been named as respondents in the criminal complaints.
