Ruffy Biazon weighs in on cha-cha
Any changes to the Constitution should spread love, not hate.
Muntinlupa Rep. Ruffy Biazon gave his short but sweet commentary on moves to amend the 1987 Constitution. Albeit a one-sentence remark, the message he sent is clear: he would not support any attempts for Charter change if it means tearing the country apart.

Now that the method of Constitutional amendments is dividing Congress by pitting its two leaders against each other, it seems apparent where Biazon will stand in this issue.
