Teen killings part of destabilization plot – NCRPO chief Albayalde
National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Director Oscar Albayalde is on the same page with Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II that the killings of three youths are part of the destabilization plot against the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte.
“When police are blamed it would reflect on the President,” Aguirre said about the killings committed by policemen.
The two officials discussed this sentiment during Albayalde’s visit to Aguirre at the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Friday (October 6).
“Sabi niya na mga teenage killings di naman nangyari before,” said the Secretary.
Citing figures from police drug operations, Albayalde told Aguirre of the over the 500 youths arrested, only Kian Delos Santos, Carl Angelo Arnaiz and Reynaldo “Kulot” de Guzman were killed.
“Before lahat arrested teenagers were arrested alive. Taka sila bakit itong tatlo magkasunod,” said Aguirre.
”There is some sort of destablilization in connection with the killings of the three teenagers,” he added.
The Secretary also suspected that police could be “in cahoots with destabilizers.”
