Travel goals! House politikos go on a Northern Luzon trip for work

To be paid to travel is one of many politiko perks.

Members of the House of Representatives couldn’t get enough of work (or maybe of each other’s company), so they embarked on a group trip to provinces in Northern Luzon after the First Regular Session adjourned.

The group, led by the Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez and Majority Leader Rodolfo “Rudy” Fariñas, took a long road trip to Ilocos Norte, Isabela, and Banawe to check whether the road networks up North are convenient and of good quality, as part of the chamber’s road inspection initiative.
