Jetsetters: Em Aglipay brings baby Emma to Europe
This baby is already fulfilling someone else’s travel goals!
DIWA Party-list Rep. Emmeline Aglipay-Villar wants her baby Emma to be as well-traveled as she can be, so the pair went off to a European adventure over the summer.
Aglipay took her one-and-a-half year old kid across the globe to see the beautiful sights of Paris and London for some quality bonding time. While there, they also paid a visit to St. Therese, from which the little girl was named after.
The highlight of my trip. Going back to say thank you to St. Therese for interceding for us so that we may have our precious daughter Emma Therese. It is indeed a miracle, even my doctors think so. I love you so, so much, St. Therese. Everyday and every night, Emma and I pray to you. I pray that she will grow up to be like you. I'll do my best to raise her to be God-fearing, kind and loving. Please always watch over her and keep her safe. #emmatheresevillar #thereseoflisieux #sainttherese
The Villar heiress also got a photo with the iconic Eiffel Tower even before turning two.
It turns out that the politiko is actually pursuing her Masters’ degree in Law at the prestigious London School of Economics, thus the trip to the foreign country.
LSE!!! ???Just so happy that this is finally happening! I was supposed to take my LLM seven years ago but when I became the first nominee and won as representative of DIWA those plans had to be set aside for a while. When I got married and had a baby, I buried those plans. I thought that it would not be possible for me to take my LLM because I cannot be away from my husband, daughter and of course my job as a congresswoman for one whole year. But I am so lucky that LSE, one of my dream schools, has an Executive Master of Laws Program that allows me the flexibility to attend classes in London during Congress session breaks just two to three times a year. It's almost too good to be true. Thank you, Lord! ??
