Isn’t she the sweetest?

Councilor Kate Coseteng drew up a fresh surprise for kids in the third district of Quezon City. The politiko had a big cauldron of her own champorado recipe whipped up for a regular feeding program for children.

It was a hit, as it drew long lines of kids waiting to try her sweet chocolate treat. It’s perfect for cold mornings!
