It’s not Kris Aquino’s friend — the inner foodie in him is very happy to welcome this restaurant to town.

Valenzuela Mayor Rex Gatchalian is all too elated to welcome Yellow Cab in the city, with its first branch setting up shop. He even snapped a photo of the soon-to-open restaurant when he passed by it.

Now, he can have Dear Darla and Charlie Chan Pasta within reach anytime.
