Shorter working hours for Ramadan in Riyadh PH embassy
Starting Wednesday, May 16, the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia will have shorter working hours, in observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The embassy, in a public advisory, said its office hours including consular services will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sundays to Thursdays.
It said this arrangement will last until June 14.
“Regular working hours will resume on the first working day after Eid’l Fitr holiday,” it added.
The embassy’s regular working hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday to Thursday.
