Walang pasok! Duterte declares Nov. 13 to 15 as special non-working days in NCR, Pampanga, Bulacan

Plan your vacation guys!

President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday declared November 13 to 15 as special non-working days in National Capital Region, Bulacan and Pampanga due to the country’s hosting of the 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit and Related Summits.

Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea signed Proclamation 332 by the authority of the President.

The proclamation stated that the ASEAN 2017 National Organizing Council has recommended the declaration of special non-working days in Metro Manila, Pampanga and Bulacan since these areas will be directly affected by various activities related to summit.

Aside from ASEAN leaders, other heads of state are expected to attend the annual summit including US President Donal Trump.

The Metro Manila Council earlier suspended classes in Metro Manila on Nov. 16 and 17 also to give way to the summit. So this means longer vacation to students.

Happy looonngg weekend!
