Tinio on Duterte’s falling popularity: ‘The legend is over; he’s no longer untouchable’

ACT Teachers partylist Rep. Antonio Tinio said the Social Weather Stations survey indicating an 18-point decrease in the net satisfaction rating of President Rodrigo Duterte is proof that he is not untouchable.

The Makabayan congressman said the “Duterte legend” has been officially broken.

He expects that Duterte’s popularity will continue to fall.
