“Siguro I will ask the NBI to conduct a second DNA examination para malaman lang natin,” he said.

The parents of Kulot has not accepted the PNP findings and said that the body is their son.

The remains was found along a creek in Gapan City, Nueva Ecija last September 5 after Kulot was reported missing since August 18 in their neighborhood in Cainta, Rizal.

He was last seen alive with Kulot was last seen alive with 19-year-old University of the Philippines (UP) student Carl Angelo Arnaiz who was killed by policemen during an alleged shootout in Caloocan City also on August 18.
