‘Parang baliw’: Erap under fire for staged Manila Bay clean-up
Manila City Hall staff threw garbage on cleaner waters just to make a good photo opportunity.
Former President now Manila Mayor Joseph “Erap” Estrada has drawn flak online after staging a Manila Bay clean-up activity on Friday, July 21. While his intentions may have been well and good, an ABS-CBN reporter revealed that the floating garbage were just collected and dumped around Estrada’s boat so that it will be convenient for him to do the clean-up for a few snaps.
