Under the MOA, TESDA will conduct free training programs for MMDA employees who have to choose from various technical and vocational courses such as housekeeping, automotive servicing, and language improvement.
The family members or relatives of MMDA employees can also avail of short livelihood training such as cookery, and bread and candle making.
For its part, MMDA will identify and provide the training venues for the localized and on-site conduct of training, apart from the possible meals for the participants.
Initially, a total of 25 family members of MMDA employees will undergo food and beverage training.
MMDA has conducted an informal survey among its personnel to determine their preferred training courses to help TESDA organizationally prepare for this. #
